How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer several shipping options including Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Can I use heat styling tools on my Annabelles Wigs?
Our high-quality synthetic wigs are heat-resistant up to 180°C. We recommend using a low heat setting and testing a small strand at the back first.
What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and the hygiene seal remains unbroken within 14 days of receipt.
How do I choose the right color match?
We offer a free color matching service! Simply email our team a photo of your hair in natural daylight, and our experts will recommend the closest shade.
How should I wash and care for my wig?
Gently soak your wig in lukewarm water with a specialized synthetic wig shampoo. Avoid rubbing the fibers, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry on a wig stand to maintain its shape.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically taking 5-10 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.
