At Annabelle's Wigs UK, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn hairpiece in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene regulations, items must remain in their original net and have all security tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig back in its original box and protective netting, ensuring all tags are attached and the hair is undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your parcel and send it back to our UK warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our stylists inspect the item to confirm it meets hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
